Conditions for lake effect snow in the northeastern

Conditions for lake effect snow in the northeastern part of the state will remain today with scattered snow showers possible elsewhere.

High temperatures will be in the low to mid 20s.

Temperatures will plummet tonight to between 5 and 15 degrees before warming to about 50 in some parts of the state during the holiday weekend.

Sunrise today at the Columbus weather station was at 7:53. Sunset will be at 5:16.
