On Thursday, the mercury will climb into the 80s under sunny skies following overnight lows in the 50s.

The record-high temperature for this date at the Columbus weather

station was 99 degrees in 1953 while the record low was 42 in 1967.

Sunset tonight will be at 8:05 p.m. and sunrise Thursday at 7

a.m.
