The northwest corner of the state may get a break from the precipitation on Friday.

Highs on Friday will be 45-55.

Skies should become fair by Sunday, forecasters said.

The record-high temperature for this date at the Columbus weather

station was 77 degrees in 1975 while the record low was 20 in 1953.

Sunset tonight will be at 5:24 p.m. and sunrise Friday at 7:08

a.m.
