Due to utility work for the planned Portage County Municipal Courthouse, the city of Kent will close the westbound lane of East Main Street between Willow Street and DePeyster Street starting today.
The lane will be closed today from 2 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Flaggers will be on site to maintain two-way traffic. Motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible. For information, residents may contact the Kent Division of Engineering at 330-678-8105.
