Kathleen Chandler sworn in as commissioner

Kathleen Chandler, left, is sworn in as Portage County Commissioner by Common Pleas Judge Laurie Pittman on Tuesday. Chandler was elected in November and will begin her term Jan. 3 2013. It is the second time Chandler has been a county commissioner; she previously served from 1997 through 2002.
