Portage, Summit County area fire departments receive oxygen masks to protect pets

Twelve area fire departments, including Ravenna, Kent, Edinburg, Atwater, Mantua-Shalersville and Stow, are receiving a total of 19 animal rescue oxygen masks from Invisible Fence.
