Probation for Stow woman who kicked Streetsboro cop

Record-Courier staff report Published:

A Summit County woman who kicked a Streetsboro police officer during her arrest at the scene of a traffic crash at S.R. 303 and S.R. 14 in June 2012 has been sentenced to probation.

Lori L. Webb, 33, of 3943 Klein Ave., Stow, pleaded guilty to assault on a law enforcement officer, a fourth-degree felony, in October.

Portage County Common Pleas Judge John Enlow recently sentenced her to three years probation, ordered her to get mental health and substance abuse evaluations and follow all the recommendations stemming from those evaluations, as well as find and maintain a full-time job throughout her probation.

Webb was accused of kicking Officer Stanley Siedlecki at the scene of the crash at S.R. 303 and S.R. 14 on June 2, 2012, then again while she was being taken into the Portage County jail on Infirmary Road in Shalersville.

Webb was indicted on the lone felony assault charge by a Portage County grand jury on June 7, 2012.

  • The following, is taken from the list of 45 Communist goals contained in the book, "The Naked Communist" written in 1958: by, W. Cleon Skousen. Goal #38; Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat]. How many cases have been turned over to the shrinks (in Lieu of conviction) in the past year. Seems like Commie Goal #38 is being fulfilled right here at the "Portage County Discount House of Justice & Shrink Referal Center"

  • Is it true that Portage County Attorneys are advertising a free kick a cop for every arrest if you plead a drug problem?

  • Well here we go again probation to get substance abuse help. **** a couple of years in jail would help her more. It sure as **** would stop some other woman from thinking she could get away it because she is a woman. In my opinion this scumbag is just like the female student in Akron that claimed the school policeman broke her arm. There are some women that think the can do what ever they want because they are woman. **** the deputy should have knocked her on her butt; however, if he did the media and the troublemakers would want to hang the Deputy.
