Ravenna Easter egg hunt is March 30

Ravenna Parks and Recreation Department will hold its annual Easter Eggstravaganza on March 30 at John Tontimonia City Park. The day's activities will begin at 10 a.m. with game booths and touch a truck event. The Easter Bunny will arrive at 10:15 a.m. via fire truck.

Beginning at 10:30 a.m. free photos with the Easter Bunny will be available sponsored by the Ravenna Giant Eagle. Photos are one per family with pictures available for pick up at Ravenna Giant Eagle photo lab at a later date.

The following are egg hunt times:

10:15 a.m.: Children ages 1 to 18 years with disabilities

11:00 a.m.: Children ages 1 to 2 years with parents

11:00 a.m.: Children ages 1 to 2 years without parents

11:10 a.m.: Children ages 7 to 8 years

11:20 a.m.: Children ages 9 to 10 years

11:30 a.m.: Children ages 3 to 4 years

11:40 a.m.: Children ages 5 to 6 years

All booths will close at 11:45 a.m. Eggs will contain candy and special prize tickets and there will be candy for all children. Gift baskets and prizes are compliments of Ravenna Giant Eagle Eagle's Nest. Easter eggs and candy compliments of the Ravenna Women of the Moose No. 540 and Ravenna Giant Eagle Eagle's Nest.
