The cause of the oil well tank explosion in Stark County's West Township has not been determined as of Tuesday, according to The-Review.com.
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources' Division of Oil and Gas Resource Management is investigating the incident, the Alliance Review reports.
Reports indicate the explosion was heard miles away Sunday.
The explosion blew off the lid and landed near a home.
No injuries have been reported.
