Kent Hall of Fame Class of 2013: Seth Stewart


A 2002 Roosevelt graduate, Seth Stewart has performed all over the world with a number of well-known artists, including Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Jay-Z, The Roots, Black Eyed Peas and others. Stewart has appeared frequently in films and television, including Sex and the City: The Movie, Music and Lyrics, Friends with Benefits and Saturday Night Live. He is a Drama Desk award winner and played the principal role of Graffiti Pete in the Tony Award winning musical In The Heights on Broadway. He also appeared in the Tony-nominated musical, Sweet Charity. An international dance educator, Stewart started a scholarship for aspiring dancers and teaches master classes. He attended the Ailey School/Fordham University BFA program and works as a creative director and choreographer for the music, television, theater and film industries.
