Waterloo celebrates Earth Day

Seventh- and eighth-grade classes at Waterloo Middle School recently celebrated Earth Day by planting flowers and a Cleveland pear tree dedicated to the Class of 2018. Planting the tree are, from left, Douglas Beans, Andrew Gauer, Mackenzie Reese, Aleck Franks, Amber Cocchiola and Clay Asbury, all eighth graders, with science teacher Christine Brewster. The pear tree and flowers were donated by Lowe's of Brimfield.
