Waterloo students think outside the box in program

What does origami have to do with designing the Hubble telescope? How many different pentominoes are possible and what are the different arrangements? These are just a few questions 10 middle-schoolers tackled this summer in the second year of Math Outside the Box at Waterloo Middle School.
