Lake effect snow will wind down across the Norhteast tomorrow, with lingering flurries in New York and New England. Snow and an icy mix will cause slippery travel in the Midwest, while rain and thunderstorms extend from the central Plains to Texas. A new Pacific storm is forecast to bring rain and mountain snow to the Northwest.
