Kent police have released more and updated details on the suspect who robbed the Ohio Auto Loan store on West Main Street late Friday morning.

Spokesman Lt. Mike Lewis said detectives believe the suspect who robbed the business at 1180 W. Main St. at approximately 11:32 a.m. Friday is white or Hispanic with at least a mustache or some facial hair.

The victim, who was not injured, was able to see "a little bit of a mustache through the mask," he said.

Police also have adjusted the description of the alleged getaway vehicle, a four-door Chevrolet, believing it may be "light blue and not gray as initially thought," Lewis said.

Also, while the suspect indicated he was armed with a weapon, no weapon was seen, Lewis said.

The suspect also is described as approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black hoodie and a red mask.

There is no description of the second suspect, who acted as the getaway driver, police said.

Anyone with information on this case or the suspect is asked to call Kent police at 330-673-7732.
