Frank A. Spencer "Pete - Tank" Frank Allen Spencer, 66, of Tuscumbia, Ala., passed away Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007, after an extended illness. Mr. Spencer was retired after 40 years as a diesel mechanic. Survivors include Richard Spencer (Rebecca) of Leighton, Ala. Ronald Spencer of Tuscumbia, Ala., and Kristy Collins of Muscle Shoals, Ala. Brothers and sisters, Paul Spencer (Trudy), John Spencer (Paulette), Kimatha Arrowsmith, Nancy Reed (Tom), and Marsha Spencer, all of Ohio. Betty Melton and Sally Taliaferro of Ala. David Spencer of Texas and Pamela Long of MD. Grandchildren James, Molly, Dustin, Robbie, Kyle, Ashley, and Hailey. Mr. Spencer was preceded in death by his parents Frank Fred Spencer and Anna Lee (Ragan) Spencer. Brother Charles Spencer and grandson Richard Allen Spencer Jr. A memorial and service has already taken place. (RC 10/30/07)
