Brimfield woman charged with starving and neglecting horses receives 180 days in jail

Diane Silbaugh, the Brimfield woman charged with starving and neglecting horses at her Old Forge Road boarding stable, was sentenced to a maximum of 180 days in jail Wednesday by Portage County Common Pleas Judge John Enlow.
Enlow sentenced Silbaugh to 180 days each on two felony counts of theft and fraud, and 90 days each on 10 second-degree misdemeanor counts of animal abuse and neglect. Silbaugh pleaded guilty to the charges on March 18.
All sentences are to run concurrently.

To bad at least she will have food and shelter for herself for the next what 30 days if that!!!!!!
