The engagement of Lauren Weger of Pensacola, Fla., the daughter of Scott and Carol Weger of Palmyra, to Anthony Fuhrer of Pensacola, the son of Tom and Joan Fuhrer of Stafford, Va., is announced. The bride-elect is a graduate of Windham High School and graduated in 2007 from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa. She is employed with Aerotek in Pensacola. Her fiancé is a 2002 graduate of North Stafford High School and graduated in 2006 from Saint Vincent College. He is a lieutenant with the United States Marine Corps stationed at Pensacola. The couple plan to exchange wedding vows Aug. 9 at the Saint Vincent Basilica in Latrobe.
