Christopher R. Herman 55, passed on to a heavenly world on Saturday, October 31, 2009. Born in Alliance, Ohio on March 16, 1954, Chris grew up in Brimfield. He graduated from Field High School and in addition to his full time jobs, he was a gifted and well known drummer who played in The Tasby Brothers band for more than 25 years. Chris was a devoted father of six children, Keely (Ryan) Daniels, Evan Klein- Herman, Molly Klein-Her- man (Frank McGee), Joel Klein-Herman, Bryna (Martin) Bell, and Galen Klein-Herman. He was also a loving grandfather to Lydia, Westin, d' Arcy, and Elise Daniels. Chris is also survived by brothers, Jack L. (Leah) Herman of Kent, Jeffrey L. Herman of Crestview, Florida; and sister, Rebecca (Larry) Thomas of Kent. He was pre-deceased by his parents; Harry W. Herman and Evelyn (Herren) Herman. Calling hours will be held 12-2 PM and 6-8 PM Wednesday, November 4 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory in Kent. (RC 11-03-2009)
