Rollins of Atwater, OH, 81 years of age passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at Community Skilled Nursing in Warren. He was the eldest son of the late James and Ruth Rollins. Joe is survived by his wife Bettejane Rollins of Warren, whom he married in 1986. Joe left a son Tom Rollins (Susan), his brother Ronald Rollins (Gail), many grandchildren & great grandchildren. Joe served in the military as a Merchant Marine and the Army with a sergeant ranking during WWII. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber in 1990 after 37 years of service. He was preceded in death by his first wife Clairbelle Rollins in 1985. Graveside military services will be held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio at 1 p.m. on November 6, 2009. Cremation has taken place.
