The annual Skeels Halloween Party was held recently at the Skeels-Mathews Community Center in Ravenna. In all, 45 children enjoyed the activities, with candy donated by the Family and Community Services Executive Board, Skeels Advisory Board, and United Christian Ministries at Kent State University.
