Registration is now under way for the Pump-It-Up Holiday Party for children in kindergarten to sixth grade. The party will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 6 at Brown Middle School in Ravenna and is being sponsored by the Ravenna Parks and Recreation Department.
The fee is $10 for the first child and $8 each for any brothers or sisters. Participants will bounce and slide on the giant inflatable carnival rides, dance, play dodge ball, participate in arts and crafts, and have lunch with Santa. Lunch consists of a hot dog, chips and beverage and is included in the price. Parents may volunteer.
Registration by Nov. 20 is required in person at the office, 530 N. Freedom St.
In addition, a mini holiday performance featuring the students enrolled in the agency's current dance classes will be staged at 3 p.m. Dec. 6 at Brown Middle School. Admission for spectators is $2 for both adults and children.
