ake died Thursday, November 5, 2009. She was born February 25, 1916 in Jacksonburg, WV to the late John and Seratha (Edgell) Kendall. A Portage county resident since 1940, she was a member of Ravenna Freewill Baptist Church and had worked at Dora Ann Nursing Home in Mantua. Survivors include her daughter Ethel Nemeth of Brady Lake, son Ernest Clark of Ravenna, 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Austin, son Clarence "Ray" Clark, 4 sisters and 4 brothers. Calling hours will be from 6-8 PM Monday, November 9, 2009 at Shorts-Spicer- Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at the funeral home with Pastor Jack Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna.
