The Ravenna Lions Club's Christmas party was held at the Kentwood Restaurant in Kent and those attending brought items to be donated to a Salvation Army's local food bank. During the meeting, new member Marsh Lane was inducted into the club. From left are Lion Sam Sweet, who sponsored Lane; Lane; and First Vice District Gov. Jeff Snyder of the Magnolia Lions, who inducted Lane. The Ravenna Lions Club meets at 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month at Kentwood Restaurant, 1910 S.R. 59. Anyone interested in joining the Ravenna club should call membership chairperson Sam Sweet at 330-297-7046.
