Maplewood Career Center in Ravenna will hold its annual family open house and spaghetti dinner on Thursday at 7075 S.R. 88. The event is open to the public. Maplewood Superintendent Randy Griffith encourages area adults to attend the open house to consider the many classes offered by the Adult Education Department, from technical skills and career-related subjects to topics of personal interest.

Self-guided tours will be offered from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. The spaghetti dinner will be served from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. The cost for dinner is $3.50 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for age 6 and under.
