Theft, collusion in name of health

Share_print Print Story    |    Comments    |

Just what is going on in this country anyway? If our health care is so bad in this county now, why do so many people come here from other countries for treatment?

I think the problem "lies" in the insurance company scam that allows them to get away with what is better known as theft and collusion. Between the drug companies and insurance companies' creation of what we have come to know as "networks" to which we and our doctors are pretty much forced to belong to in order to get any "benefit" from their sytem of care (?), we are lucky to even think we have a choice now. And our elected servant government feels that we would prefer a system that would force us to enroll in it?

Or what? What if we decide not to? Wake up, America. This is not the kind of "help" we need at this time. Our dollar is already going bust due to the creative thinking going on in Washington. And that should be the only order of business at this time.

The US health system is managed by the PRIVATE insurance and drug companies. This situation only happens in the US.

The average profit with these companies is 30% whereas Walamt is 7%. These companies pay huge amounts of compensation to their management teams. In the millions. There are only two industries that hold anti-trust exemption in the US, they are baseball and insurance.

The insurance company picks and choices who they want to insure and when you really need it later in life, they say NO. They control this by the pricing of premiums.

It is time for these companies to loose their sweet heart status with the Republicans.

That is why insurance cost so much. Mr. President we need a vote YES, NOW.
