Jay Kelsey, a member of the Rootstown and Maplewood Career Center boards of education, will be presented with the Ohio School Boards Association's Award of Achievement.
The Award of Achievement is given to board of education members in recognition of their commitment to training and leadership activities on the boards and region and statewide OSBA activities.
Kelsey will be presented with the award during the OSBA spring regional OSBA spring regional meeting in Warren on March 24.
