TIME WARNER JOKE

Has anyone noticed that that Time Warner has a bad way of doing business.They give you nothing but the run around. I have been going on a month now trying to get service into my home and all I get is promices. I was signed up over 3 weeks ago to get internet ,digital phone and TV. The day it was to be installed the guy come out to the house for about 20 minutes put his ladder up aganist the pole and left. About a hour later he returned ,hung a wire from the pole to the house and left. needless to say I didnt get the service that day I called Time Warner and asked whats the deal here. I was told that the guy would be out in 3 days to finish up......well no one came out and no one called...this is now two days wasted waiting for service. I once again called and they said they would have to give me another date which was almost 2 weeks later but they would give me 20 bucks. Well I called Time Warner and asked to speak to a superviser and at this point I was told I would just have to wait and he left and the girl I first talked to on the phone picked it up said have a nice day and hung up. At this point I got hold of somebody a little higher up and was promised this time the job would be done. I got a new date for the installwhich was almost 2 weeks later. Well the guy showed up put his ladder aganist the pole a couple of minutes later there is a rap on the door telling me he cant do the job and he leaves. The next day Time Warner showes up in a time warner van he goes up the pole does somthing and then he leaves. I again call Time Warner and they tell me the job will be finished the next day so I am again waiting for some one to show up...guess what another no show and another day wasted....as of now I have no idea what the hay is going on other than the ol run around and you cant get to any one that will solve your problem...all you get is will set you up for another appointment.This company could care less about your lost time. Some one needs to wake this company up. There is more to this story but I get bent out of shape every time I think about it.
If you have an internet connection go to a web sight called my3cents and see the complaints about Time Warner hundreds and hundreds of them and many of them a carbon copy of mine...talk about mis management and I still dont have service installed and all I can figure is that every time I get a new date some one else is getting their service and I go back to the end of the line.
