I have lived in this small village in Ne Ohio. And what I have seen here in the

last ten years or so has gone from bad to what can I say.The people I know here

are hard working,honest,and are trying for a better life.The city leadership is

far from what it should be,you have under educated people running key offices

within the village.Most have no idea what they are doing,they are bullies,and

more!

The former Mayor was a bully in the way he ran the village if things didn't go

he called a meeting or changed the laws to suit his purpose the purpose of other

leaders within the village.

This how they do things here.The other day a policeman was fired for doing his

job for no other reason that he gave a city leader a ticket for driving under

suspension something which he has been doing for three or more within the

village and the Ohio highways within the state.The police here are not the best

but they are all we have!

Next time I post I'll be putting these so called landlords and owners of these

building on bit of a notice!

THE VOICE

First off,the current Mayor really needs to do something about this new So called police Chief that Windham has..I know Windham was not all that great with the other Cheif Jack Desalvo,but I can tell you living in Windham ALL my life that He knew what he was doing and he was committed to this town and was a great Awesome Guy.So Mayor Dunham get rid of Him.He is causing more problems and more Lawsuits then we can afford,We are in debt now.Not saying it is All cause of him,but most of it is.And what really makes me mad the most is that the new Sgt,that was just Appointed,should of not been appointed.We have Several Officers,that have been on the department for Awhile,that would of Loved to have the Job but was never asked.And if they were asked and did not want the position it would be different..I am sure that if Mr.Tom Denvir was asked that He would of took it.But of course he was never asked the cheif had to go outside his pocket to get a Sgt,that does not know much about our Villiage.Mr.Denvir has lived here ALL his life and raised his Children here.resides here.and has been on the force since I was little,before I had children.Sounds to me someone somewhere has something against Mr.Denvir. Mr.Tim Williamton has been on the force for about 4 or 5 years,Mr.Jamie Price has been on the force for Awhile,or Jarod and others that have been on the force for a few years were never asked either.And a comment to the Angel about having Under Educated people running offices,You should of not made that commit.Mayor Dunham is very Educated,He Graduated from Windham,Him and his family has lived here ALL their lives,He knows What needs to be done in Windam.He Just needs to get it done.As the rest of them Angel I can not speak about them,nor should I.And my Opinon on the City Leader Deal,His personal buisness should of NEVER been made Public Buisness.His Personal life should not have nothing to do with him being a City Leader.Know I now he is in Leadership for our Community and that is not showing a good Example,but I come back to the committ about being personal buisness.I know if I was him I would file a civil lawsuit.That was again the Cheifs doing.And as Far as Jason Lampton goes,We ALL know how he was with his Additude,that is why lots of people did not get along with him.You can not be an officer and have an Additude doing your Job.Yes,they should of never fired him,He should of been giving a warning,about whatever it is that he is doing wrong..There again,Mr Dunham my point again the Cheifs doing.I think the Leaders are so blinded by this Mayor,but Everyone will see really soon about him.We are ALL seeing it now..I would really like to know Why Windham went out of the district anyway for a new Police Chief.Why was it not offered to Mr.Denvir,or other fellow officers on the force.And these Officers are the best,They are very underpaid for their Job&Title.Everyone thinks that just because they are Police Officers that they make Money..They don't.8$ is not enough money for what they do Everyday..They put their Lives and their Families Lives in Danger for us.And they do not get the Appreciation and the respect they deserve.We need to just have one day where we ALL should honor ALL of our fellow police officers and the ones who died in the line of duty.as well as the Fire department..I think I am going to write the president on that one,I think I will be successful on that one.I grew up in a home where my Dad was on the Fire Dep,and my mother was the dispatcher,My Dad risked his life Everday,us kids had to worry about if he was coming home or not Everyday.An officer Dies or is wounded Everyday in the line of duty.It is time for ALL of us as people and the Community of Windham to honor our policeman and fireman,and give them the respect and honor they Deserve..Way to go Windham PD.You ALL do a great Job,trying to clean up this town.Keep up the good work.
