outraged mom

Who gave her the right ???? I am talking about the teacher recently in the news for the demeaning insults to the little boy being tested for asbergers (a mild form of autism). Who gave her the right to have the class take a vote to oust the child out of the room because he was to distracting to the other students? I feel that she should have been fired other than being reassigned. I am the mom of an autistic child that has been taught from an early age that school is a great place for him to be and we found other ways around outbursts that often come with autistic kids. My son is thriving in school, thanks to the wonderful teachers and aides in ravenna schools, from West Park, West Main and now Rausche by working together we are making school a great place, not sending the message that who care about you ? or your too noisey ! or better yet we don't need your kind here! As for the mom of the little boy I hope she sues the pants off that school system for defending that kind of behavior from of all people a teacher. And what message is she sending to the students in her room? I say booo hisss to the 14 students that voted the boy out. And kisses and hugs to the 2 that voted to keep the boy in . At least their parents have instilled compassion already in their kids, that is rare now a days.
