Jean Clare Pacic, 82, of Kent, died Monday, August 11, 2008 at Kent Healthcare Center. She was born May 24, 1926, in Kent, to Anthony and Victoria Mazanek. She worked at Lamson Sessions for 50 years. She was a member of St. Patrick Church, was President of the Kent VFW Ladies Auxiliary for many years and a member of the Kent American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her son, Jimmy (Ellen) Pacic of Dallas, TX; and brother, Tony (Rose) Mazanek of Kent. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Stanley Mazanek and Charles Mazanek; sisters, Agnes Mazanek and Irene Robinson. The family thanks the staff and caregivers at Kent Health Care and Hospice. Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday, August 15 at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 9:00 AM Saturday, August 16 at St. Patrick Church. Burial will be in Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent. (RC 08-14-2008)
