Warner C. "Jackie" Henthorn 79 of Ravenna passed away Sunday November 1
November 4, 2009
passed away Sunday November 1, 2009 at the Woodlands at Robinson in Ravenna, Ohio. He was born September 14, 1930 in Wellsburg, West Virginia to the late Chester and Marguerite (Bucy) Henthorn. He has lived in Portage County since 1994 and was formerly of Connecticut. Jackie was a humble and sweet man and because of your gentle soul your family appreciated your kindness. Survivors include his sisters Betty F. Young of Ravenna, Sandra Henthorn of Connecticut, sister in law Annabelle Webb of Kent, nephews Ed, Rick, Ron, Bill and John Webb, nieces Marcy Schaaf, Joyce Landkrohn and many great and great great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother in law Gene Young. There will be no calling hours, Graveside services will be 2 :00 PM Thursday November 5, 2009 with burial to follow at Grandview Memorial Park Ravenna, Ohio with Pastor Virgil Elkins. The family would like to specially thank his home health care aide, Sarah Sissler, and everyone at the Woodlands and 2 and 3 East at Robinson Memorial Hospital for your kindness and gentle care.
