Susan Ann Sulik, 42, of Streetsboro, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2009 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 7, 2009 in Akron to Melvin and Doris (Palmer) Hayes. Susan lived in Streetsboro for 14 years and enjoyed knitting and taking care of her family. She also enjoyed running a daycare out of her home. Susan is survived by her husband of 17 years John Sulik of Streetsboro; sons, John Sulik, Jr. and Sam Sulik of Streetsboro; her parents, Melvin and Doris Hayes of Twinsburg; brothers, Melvin (Michelle) Hayes, Jr. of Virginia, Joseph (Joyce) Hayes of Streetsboro, Douglas Hayes of Twinsburg, Ronald (Anna) Hayes of Aurora, and Gary Hayes of Streetsboro; father-in-law, John (Lila) Sulik of Bedford Heights; mother-in-law, Rosemarie Sulik of Streetsboro; and Sharon (Nick) Lopicclo of Jacksonville, Florida. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home, Streetsboro Chapel, where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 182039 Dept. 013, Columbus, OH 43218-2039.
