h passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Manor Care Nursing Facility in Willoughby, Ohio. Born October 23, 1928, in Barnesville, she was a Lake County resident for the last four years, living in Mentor. She was also formerly a resident of Ravenna. Betty was a loving mother to John L. (Dana) Hollabaugh of Concord and David L. (Joanie) Hollabaugh of Phoenix, AZ. and a cherished grandmother to Sara E. Hollabaugh. Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leslie M. Hollabaugh; parents, John and Lulu (Hofer) Hayward; and siblings, John Hayward, Margaret Stockett, Mabel Haskins, Howard Hayward, Chester Hayward and Paul Hayward. Private family services have already been held. Donations can be made in Betty's memory to the Hospice of Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St. Cleveland, Ohio 44119. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McMahon- Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes of Willoughby and Mentor. (R-C 3-15-10)
