BRIMFIELD -- Police have found no evidence of foul play so far in the Sunday death of a 23-year-old man at a home in the 800 block of Sandy Lake Road.

Dante Susco, 23, was pronounced dead after emergency workers were called at 9:26 a.m. Sunday for a report of an unresponsive male.

Brimfield Police Chief David Blough said the investigation so far has revealed that a party apparently had been held at the home Saturday night for Susco's birthday.

Witnesses told police Susco went to sleep around 2:30 a.m., and was last known to be OK and breathing around 4 or 4:30 a.m., Blough said.

A large amount of alcohol was discovered at the scene, including beer, vodka, rum and Jagermeister, as well as some hydrocodone (Vicodin) pills, Blough said.

"All indications right now are that it's an alcohol-related death, but we're waiting for toxicology results to see if any drugs were involved," he said.

An autopsy is being performed by the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office, he said.

Brimfield police are continuing to investigate the incident, and it could be several weeks before toxicology test results are returned.
