Members of the Kent Historical Society feel the Library Board is being hasty in its decision to demolish this building. The Historical Society was led to believe that the building was in a deteriorated state and should be demolished. The video reveals that the building is in fine condition and can serve the Kent community as a public space. Members feel the community should be making the decision as to whether this structure should be demolished or not and not the Library Board.
