I surely do not understand the judicial system in Portage County. On August 5th of this year, Bradley Wagner was driving a car that wreck killing one person and severely injuring the other. Brad fled the scene of the wreck and hid from the police to avoid arrest. On September 30th Judge John Enlow granted permission for Brad Wagner who is still and inmate at the Portage County Jail to be married.
Bradley's fiance Cortrina Russell is the same person who on August 21st was indicted for obstructing justice with purpose to hinder the discovery, apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment of Brad Wagner.
In my opinion this just makes no since what so ever. I strongly disagree with Judge Enlow's decision to allow these two to be married at this time. He should have more respect for the families of Shannon Allen and Shane Leech.
