10/31/2009 - Be sure to read and review the attached documents containing the proposed Mogadore Charter amendment and the error/omission in the ballot language. Today, the Beacon Journal published a short story notifying Mogadore voters that "Language council OK'd missing from Mogadore charter amendment." Because of the error on the ballot and the fact that voters are not seeing everything they are voting on, Mogadore voters are urged to VOTE NO on Issue 41 and Issue 21.
