More KSU students robbed in Kent Police probe Sunday assault, robbery; total of 4 victims this weekend

Two Kent State University students reported being assaulted and robbed early Sunday morning, bringing to four the number of KSU students who reported being robbed this past weekend.
The Kent State University Police Department is investigating a report of a strong-arm robbery and assault at 3:17 a.m. north of the Art Building in the commons area.
The two victims were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
No weapon was used in the incident.
Campus police declined to release details on the victims or the incident, and referred all inquiries to the department’s media relations office.
The four suspects were described as black males about 6 feet tall with athletic builds, wearing jeans and tennis shoes.
The first suspect was described as having facial hair and wearing a black thermal shirt.
The second suspect was wearing a gray skullcap and a white track jacket with a star, possibly red, on the left side.
The third suspect was wearing a white T-shirt and the fourth was reported wearing a red hoodie sweatshirt.
Kent State University police are asking anyone with information related to the incident to contact campus police at 330-672-3070.
The first robbery occurred early Saturday in the Silver Oaks Place parking lot, adjacent to campus off Loop Road.
Kent police are investigating that robbery in which two students reported being robbed at gunpoint by three suspects driving a gray four-door Ford Contour at 2:01 a.m.
The first suspect is described as a white male 6 feet tall and thin. The second suspect is described as a stocky Hispanic male about 5 feet, 9 inches tall. The third suspect is described as a 5 feet, 9 inches tall black male, thinner than the Hispanic suspect.
No one was injured.
