This week, Kent's Haymaker Farmers' Market will host "the Celtic Clan" as part of its "Music @ the Market" series.

The Celtic Clan of Kent plays traditional music of Ireland, Scotland and Wales with an occasional English or Country tune for variety. An acoustic band, they have played at Art in the Park, Stow Festival, Beckwith's Orchard, Celtic Club of Ohio festivals and many other local venues. "We call the band a clan as membership varies from three to eight including one or more vocalists" according to band leader Trish McLoughlin. Instruments typically featured are: guitar, Irish flute & penny whistle, fiddle and traditional Irish drum.
