AKRON, OHIO, June 26, 2009 " The Akron Area Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) will host a teleseminar entitled "Crisis Management in a Down Economy " No Margin for Error" Thursday, July 9, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Akron Canton Airport; 5400 Lauby Road NW, North Canton.

This teleseminar will focus on critical survival steps to take in the earliest crisis moments. The instructor is Helio Fred Garcia, executive director, Logos Institute for Crisis Management & Executive Leadership. The seminar also includes an introduction by Kristie VanAuken, Senior Vice-President and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, Akron Canton Airport. VanAuken will discuss how the airport keeps its brand strong and reputation intact during the economic crisis that is affecting the airline industry and the economy as a whole.
