St. Joseph School in Mantua Ohio will be celebrating Catholic Schools week starting January 31 to February 7, 2010. Please come and join us!! See how wonderful sending our children to this school is. St. Joseph School is more than just a school; it's a place that educates about God and good will towards all. You also do not have to be Catholic to have your child go to a Catholic School. Our children are taught about God and pray every day.
Even though Catholic Schools are tuition based, there are several payment options available. I understand that in hard economic times it is difficult for families to consider paying for their children's education but with higher educational standards and a 7 point grading system, St. Joe's gives children a better edge on their future.

High Holy Grand Poo-Bah,

Hi and Good Evening!!
I have never heard of the school turning anyone away. If I did, that would not be the school for my children.
I think that if the child were a paraplegic the child would probably be better at a school like Happy Day. I have a niece who is medically handicapped that attends Happy Day and I know that I would love her to attend St. Joes but with all of the risks there are for her, she is more in her element at Happy Day! They have more than one trained nurse on site; special equipment designed specifically for children with disabilities and everyone is educated in handling and also educating children that have disabilities.
Also it may not be up to the school or church. The state ultimately makes the decision for children with disabilities.
As I stated in the closing, please feel free to contact the school. I hope this helps. Have a great week. God Bless You!
