Marie C. Volkenant

Born in Mt. Clements, Mich., she lived in Aurora for 36 years.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, John J. Sr.; daughters, Mrs. Larry (Vikki) Fordham of Akron, Mary Duval of Aurora, Mrs. Steven (Tish) Cross of Macedonia; sons, Richard and Paul of Aurora; five grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Frank (Vicki) Fiedler; and brothers, Henry and Charles Frank. Her son, John J. Jr., died previously.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Johnson-Romito, Golden Rule Funeral Home in Twinsburg, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Nelson Basil officiating. Burial will be in Aurora Cemetery.
