Henry C. McBride

Born Oct. 21, 1923 in Springfield, Ohio, he was the son of Charles and Clara (Weeks) McBride. He was a former Chardon area resident.

Mr. McBride was retired from the Catholic Cemetery Association Diocese of Cleveland.

A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Mantua American Legion.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon (Kaye); son, Jack Harper of Mantua; daughter, Sherrie Price of Hiram. five grandchildren; brother, Jim McBride of Minister, Ohio; and sister, Edith McBride of Arizona.

Cremation has taken place. Private services will be held for the family. Arrangements were made by Shorts Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel.
