John Schneeberger

Born April 23, 1902 in Orpuno, Switzerland, he was the son of Jacob and

Marie Bertha (Mulheim) Schneeberger.

Mr. Schneeberger was a dairy farmer for most of his life.

He served in the Swiss Army.

Survivors include a son, Kurt K. of Freedom; three grandchildren; five

great-grandchildren; and brother, Robert of Switzerland. His wife, Martha

(Sobottka); brothers, Ernest, Herman, Walter, Fred and Emil; and sisters,

Bertha and Emma, died previously.

Visitation will be held from 1p.m. until services at 2 p.m. Monday at

Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home in Garrettsville. Burial will be in

Drakesburg Cemetery in Freedom.
