Blaine Kelsey

Born April 3, 1916, in McCracken, Pa., he was the son of Paul R. and Edna (Polen) Kelsey.

Mr. Kelsey retired in 1967 from the U.S. Army as a Master Sergeant. He was a charter member of the Community Bible Church in Rootstown.

Survivors include brothers, Donald B. Kelsey of Climax, N.C. and the Rev. Roy J. Kelsey of Rootstown; sisters, Pauline K. Wynne of Fort Worth, Texas, and Mrs. Dewight (Mary) Friend of Malvern. A brother, Byron, died previously.

Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 tonight at the Bartley Funeral Home, Minerva. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Susan Lausch officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Community Bible Church and the Minerva United Methodist Church.
