Born Aug. 22, 1911 in Scalp Level, Pa., she was was the daughter of Viola (Myers) and Purdy Van Westover. She had lived in Brunswick since 1978.
Mrs. Harbaugh had worked at Dorfman & Hoffman Garment Factory in Pennsylvania.
She was a member of the Church of God in Streetsboro.
Survivors include her sons, Leonard of Pleasant City, Ohio, Warren of Caldwell, Ohio, Kenneth of Seven Hills, Ohio, Leo George of Valley View, Ohio, John of Brunswick and Ernest of Medina; daughters, Viola Meck of Brunswick, Donna Faye Burke of Cape May, N.J., and Barbara Donley of Seven Hills; 23 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brothers, Purdy and Bud Westover, both of Akron, and Ernest Westover of Pennsylvania; and sisters, Leona Belles of Pennsylvania and Lovey Thomas of Akron. Her husband, Clair, and daughter, Inez Jean Custer, died previously.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Shorts Funeral Home, Streetsboro Chapel. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of God in Streetsboro, with the Rev. J.W. Adkins officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro.
