Born Feb. 18, 1934, in Warren, she was the daughter of Carl Z. and Mary A. (Smith) Powell. She was a Windham resident for 48 years.
She had worked for the Community Action Council and the Salvation Army, both in Windham.
Survivors include sons, Sheldon Lloyd of Garrettsville and Leslie and Alvin Lloyd, both of Columbus; daughter, Mary Vaughn of Windham, with whom Donna had made her home; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Carl of Florida, Frederick of Warren and Arthur Lee of Windham; sisters, Edna Hoehn of Streetsboro and Vivian Quiggle of Windham; and step-brother, Roy of Warren. Her parents amd brothers, Robert and James, died previously.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home in Garrettsville, where funeral services will be held at 9 p.m. with the Rev. William Werden officiating. Cremation will take place.
