In addition to his parents, survivors include his brother, Jesse T. of Diamond; sister, Ashley A. of Diamond; grandparents, Thomas and Virginia Shellhorn of Ravenna and Charles L. and Helen Reed of Diamond; and great-grandmother, Kathryn Guth of Ravenna.

Private graveside services will be held. Arrangements are being handled by James Funeral Home in Newton Falls.
