Born June 13, 1905 in Ravenna, he was the son of Ida M. Lasinger and Harry E. Sauder. He moved to Florida in 1972.
Mr. Sauder was a plant manager for Pyramid Rubber Co., Infant Products Division, in Ravenna until he retired in 1970. He had also worked for the B&O Railroad and as a teller and assistant cashier at Second National Bank in Ravenna.
He was a member of the First Congregational Church from 1929 to 1976 and a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Indialantic, Fla.
Survivors include his daughters, Barbara S. Hungerford of Barefoot Bay, Fla. and Sally S. Anderson of West Melbourne, Fla.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sisters, Ruth Minnick of Kent, Esther King of Rootstown and Dorothy Merrell of Sierra Vista, Ariz. His wife Mary Margaret (Bellard), whom he married Sept. 14, 1928, died previously.
No calling hours will be held. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Indialantic, Fla. Arrangements are being handled by Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home in Melbourne, Fla.
