Born Dec. 18, 1914, in New Castle, she was the daughter of Paulino and Joanina (DeFelice) Nicoletti.
Mrs. Pisegna was a teacher at George Washington Junior High School and Laurel High School. She was co-owner of Terry's Pastry Shop.
In addition to her daughter, survivors include her son, Don of Cincinnati; and two grandchildren. Her husband, Romeo, and three brothers died previously.
Calling hours will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at William F. and Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home in New Castle. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel in New Castle, with the Rev. Kay Dunlop of Kent United Methodist Church officiating.
